FAQ
What is SoulSage Sanctuary?
SoulSage Sanctuary is a sacred and legally recognized spiritual space dedicated to reconnecting people with their own inner knowing. We offer ceremony, mentorship, and energetic support rooted in metaphysical practice, intuitive intelligence, and sacred traditions—without doctrine, dogma, or hierarchy. It is a space where healing happens by remembering what is already within.
Is SoulSage a religion or part of a church?
We are not a religion. We are a spiritual sanctuary rooted in reverence for personal sovereignty. Our work honors divine connection without imposing belief systems. SoulSage is a sanctuary for those who are curious, sensitive, spiritually awake, or awakening. It honors each person’s sacred path.
What does "Reverend" mean in this context?
Michelle has been an ordained minister for over a decade, both nationally and internationally. Her work includes officiating weddings, funerals, baptisms, end-of-life blessings, last rites, and bespoke spiritual services that respect a person’s full autonomy in life and in death. Her ordainment is not rooted in dogma but in service, creating options for those who wish to honor transitions, loss, and union in ways that are meaningful, sacred, and deeply personal.
What are plant medicine ceremonies?
These are sacred gatherings where legal entheogenic sacraments may be used to support spiritual connection, insight, emotional healing, and inner alignment. Our work respects each medicine as a living teacher and approaches the process with deep reverence.
Are plant medicines legal?
SoulSage operates within the rights and protections of a legally recognized spiritual sanctuary. While laws vary by state and jurisdiction, we do not engage in or support the illegal distribution or misuse of any substance. All participants willingly engage in these ceremonies with full understanding and informed consent.
What should I expect?
Expect to meet yourself. Ceremonies can bring up emotions, memories, insights, or physical sensations. Preparation and aftercare (integration) are essential. We offer support within the scope of the SoulSage experience and encourage participants to establish their own support network before and after sitting.
Who is responsible for my experience?
At SoulSage, the space is co-created. While we lovingly and skillfully steward the container, the energetic, emotional, and spiritual experience belongs to the participant. By choosing to engage, you acknowledge that this work may be intense, layered, and sometimes lingering in its effect. You are fully responsible for how you integrate the experience, and for seeking continued support if needed. SoulSage provides guidance within our scope, but each participant agrees they have an external support system in place should deeper integration be required beyond our offerings. By participating, you are stating that you understand and accept this responsibility.
